Processing

All our products are made as ordered and printed just for you, so they will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them. On average, the order is produced and shipped from our facility 1-4 business days after purchase.

Carrier

We ship our domestic orders with USPS, DHL, OSM depend on recipient address to improve delivery speed.

Depending on the shipping options have chosen delivery can take 1-3 business days for Expedited shipping, 3-5 business days for Ground shipping and 7-10 days for Standard shipping.

Tracking

We will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours.

If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending a confirmation e-mail to the address provided at check-out. The order confirmation serves as an invoice and includes your Order Number along with all pertinent details. Please note that this is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that it has been received only. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
